My husband and I returned a few days ago from a wonderful trip to Vietnam in the company of friends. To organize the trip we relied on Horizon and we had a great time! Our representatives, Camellia and Margherita, have always proven to be available, very kind and thoughtful. The trips and overnight stays were excellent, the guides and drivers, there were 3 depending on the area we were visiting, always proved to live up to our expectations and the fact that the guides, Giuseppe, Vy and Leo, spoke Italian was an added value. Once we arrived in Hanoi, the Horizon team welcomed us with a series of initiatives, tea and fresh fruit, a short concert of traditional music, massage, etc. which made us feel really pampered, thank you!! If I were to return to Vietnam I would not hesitate to turn to Horizon again and/or in any case I will certainly recommend it to friends or acquaintances.

A very complex journey that took us from Cambodia to North Vietnam on the border with China. The whole organization was flawless. The precise drivers, the competent guides, the hotels and homestays in line with what was booked. We had a connection available via WhatsUp, just in case. We met some collaborators at the Hanoi office, extremely friendly and kind people.

The experience was remarkable: starting from the welcome at the agency offices. The days slipped away in the company of pleasant and knowledgeable guides supported by capable and courteous drivers. Everything went according to the program we had chosen without any hitch and it must be said that the guides always made us feel at ease, guiding us and advising us on some purchases, on meals and so we felt almost at home, thanks to the simplicity, hospitality and kindness of the Vietnamese and Cambodian people. We recently returned from Vietnam, a country to discover for its history and nature. We traveled from north to south with two internal flights booked by the Agency. I recommend this local agency for its organisation, for the choice of hotels, clean and in central positions which allowed us to visit the city independently. Furthermore, the guides we found in the various cities were always very kind, helpful and competent, and the drivers were always very punctual. I highly recommend this tour operator who also showed us an incredible welcome at its headquarters in Hanoi, with musical entertainment, massage, meditation and tasting of various teas.
