Phase 1: Send us your custom trip request by choosing one of the following options:

As soon as we receive your request, one of our travel advisors will take charge of your project and work with you in a very interactive and personalized manner.

Phase 2: Preparation of your custom trip:

Based on your request and your wishes, our team of travel advisors will send you a detailed program proposal, adapted to your expectations.

Phase 3: You will analyze this detailed program proposal and can request any changes from us according to your preferences.

All efforts of both parties in this phase aim to define a complete trip program, comprising all necessary elements: itinerary, places to visit, services (accommodations, restaurants, transportation, guides…), as well as the total cost.

Phase 4: Confirmation and booking of your trip

The booking of your trip will proceed as follows:

– You will send us an email to confirm your approval of the final program.

– We will then proceed to book all the services provided for in the agreed program (accommodations, any internal flights, dining, transportation…).

– Our team of advisors will contact you again to confirm the availability of all services or, if necessary, to propose alternatives if services are unavailable.

– We will send you a proforma invoice / travel contract, whose main objective is to formalize our commitment to organizing the trip and your decision to purchase it through our agency. This step will be followed by payment via credit card of a deposit equal to 20% of the total cost of the trip, which will make the booking final. The balance will be due upon your arrival in Vietnam.
