At Horizon Vietnam Travel, we wish to thank the travelers who grant us their trust, as well as those who recommend our services to their loved ones.
Our Loyalty Program was designed to offer you simple, transparent benefits that are automatically applied to your future trips.

How does it work?

I. Participation

Who can participate?

1. Former client
Anyone who has traveled in Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia or Thailand with Horizon Vietnam Travel.

2. Referrer
Any former traveler who recommends Horizon Vietnam Travel to a third party or to a group (minimum 2 people).

3. Referred clients
Any group of at least two travelers that books their trip on the recommendation of a former client of Horizon Vietnam Travel.

II. Program benefits

A. Former travelers

Every former traveler receives an immediate 5% discount on their next trip with HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL.
This policy also applies to all group members traveling with them.

B. Beneficiaries

Every group of travelers recommended by a former client of HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL and who books a trip of duration equal to or greater than 7 days receives a 3% discount on the total trip price.

III. Loyalty program conditions

1. A group of travelers can be sponsored by only one sponsor at a time.
2. Each sponsored group must communicate to HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL the details of their sponsor (name and surname) at least 20 days before the final trip booking. HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL will subsequently contact the sponsor to obtain confirmation before validating the booking.
3. HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL reserves the right to modify or supplement the participation conditions, benefits and functioning of the Loyalty Program.
4. HORIZON VIETNAM TRAVEL reserves the right to discontinue the Loyalty Program or replace it with another at any time. Benefits acquired before the program termination date remain valid nonetheless.
5. Circuits that benefit from commercial discounts or other promotions are not taken into consideration in the calculation of loyalty.
